Common questions

Which calendars does OneAgenda show?

Every calendar already configured on your iPhone: iCloud, Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, CalDAV subscriptions, and local calendars. If it appears in iOS Settings → Apps → Calendar → Accounts, OneAgenda can show it. The app never asks you to sign in to anything.

Some of my events are missing.

Three things to check: (1) the calendar is enabled inside OneAgenda — tap the filter button or Settings → Manage visible calendars; (2) the account is enabled for Calendars in iOS Settings; (3) the event is within the loaded date range — the agenda loads about a month back and three months forward, extending as you scroll.

A whole account is missing (e.g. my work Google account).

If an account is signed in only inside the Google Calendar or Outlook app, it's invisible to iOS — those apps sync privately and don't share calendars with the system. Add the account to iOS itself: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account, sign in, and enable the Calendars toggle. For shared/secondary Google calendars, also tick them at calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect. Note: some workplace accounts restrict being added to iOS — that's an admin policy, not something the app can work around.

Can I create or edit events?

No — OneAgenda is a read-only viewer by design. It's built for answering "what's my day/week look like across everything?" Use Apple Calendar (or any calendar app) to create and edit; OneAgenda picks up changes automatically within a second or so.

Does my calendar data leave my iPhone?

Never. Events are read on-device via Apple's EventKit and displayed — there is no backend, no account, and no analytics on your events. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Why does the app ask about tracking?

OneAgenda is free and supported by a single small banner ad (Google AdMob). iOS requires apps to ask before ads can be personalized. If you decline, nothing breaks — ads are simply non-personalized. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Is there an iPad or Apple Watch version?

Not yet — OneAgenda is currently iPhone-only (it runs on iPad in iPhone-compatibility mode). If there's enough interest, native iPad support may come in a future version. Email me if you'd use it!
