Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to the OneAgenda iOS app
Your calendar data stays on your device
OneAgenda reads calendar data through Apple's EventKit framework, on your device only. Your events, calendars, and account names are read and displayed — nothing else. Event content is never collected, stored remotely, or transmitted anywhere. The app has no backend, no account system, and no analytics on your calendar data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
OneAgenda is free and supported by a single banner ad served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier, IDFA)
- Coarse location derived from your IP address
- Ad interaction data (impressions, taps)
- Diagnostic data (crash and performance information)
This collection is done by Google under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Tracking and consent
Tracking for personalized ads happens only with your consent, requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (and, where required, Google's consent form). If you decline, the app still works exactly the same — ads are simply non-personalized.
You can change your mind at any time:
- iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — revoke the app's tracking permission.
- In the app: Settings → Privacy Choices (shown where consent regulations apply, e.g. in the EU) — change your ad consent.
What we never collect
OneAgenda itself collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no contact upload, no photos access, and no collection of your calendar or event content by us or by anyone else. The only third-party data collection in the app is the advertising described above.
